Obviously not calling from 'The State Investigation Department of California' and most likely in India judging by the accents. Still calling us relentlessly. Reported to FTC. Not sure what if anything can be done to stop these people.

Called looking for someone who left my name as a contact person. Caller Can't even pronounce my name, when I told him not to call me again he said if person calls him he won't call me anymore. How did I become responsible for that.
